İTT, a group of three separate companies, ran its warehouse processes in Excel and its logistics operation on old, inadequate software. All of this was consolidated into a single application: accounting was integrated, and vehicle entry is now supervised by an AI-powered camera system. Tank in/out movements are recorded via tablets and handheld terminals, a stacker integration tracks the real-time location of thousands of tanks in the depot, and progress is shared with customers instantly through customer portals and automatic notifications.

- Most warehouse processes lived in Excel spreadsheets — data keyed by hand, with version chaos and a high risk of error
- Logistics was managed in old, inadequate software
- The three companies' processes never met in one shared system
- Vehicle entries were checked manually and were slow to record
- The real-time location of thousands of tanks in the ISO-tank depot was unknown, and tank in/out movements couldn't be properly controlled
- Documentation was scattered; sharing with customers was manual and delayed
