Privacy Notice (KVKK)

As KG Yazılım, acting as data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), we process your personal data for the purposes set out below, lawfully and in good faith.

Data Controller

Your personal data is processed by KG Yazılım in its capacity as data controller. References to "the Company" in this notice mean KG Yazılım.

Personal Data We Process

Only the data you submit through our website is processed:

• Identity and contact data: full name, email address, telephone number, company name
• Transaction security data: the page the enquiry was sent from, browser information (user agent) and an irreversible hash of your IP address
• The content of your enquiry: message text and topic of interest

Your raw IP address is never stored. The IP address is hashed one way solely to prevent abuse (automated form submissions) and is not linked to your identity.

Purposes of Processing

• Responding to enquiries and running proposal processes
• Establishing a commercial relationship and managing contract processes
• Securing the website and preventing abuse
• Fulfilling legal obligations

Legal Grounds

Under Article 5 of the KVKK, your personal data is processed on the grounds of your explicit consent, direct relevance to the conclusion or performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, and the legitimate interests of the data controller.

Transfers

Your personal data may be shared with our hosting and infrastructure providers only to the extent required to deliver the service and with the necessary technical and organisational measures in place. Transfers to legally authorised public institutions may be made where legislation requires. Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention

Enquiries are retained for at most the statutory limitation periods following the conclusion of the relevant process; once those periods expire the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if it has been, learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose, know the third parties to whom the data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad, request rectification if the data is incomplete or inaccurate, request erasure or destruction, request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred, object to an adverse outcome arising from analysis solely by automated systems, and claim compensation for damages you suffer.

You may submit requests concerning your rights, together with information verifying your identity, to the email address on our contact page. Applications are concluded within thirty days at the latest.
